    Tuna screw up.........

Not a big deal, but I went to the store the other day and was in a rush. I ended up buying the tuna with vegatable oil in it instead of water...about 8 cans! HAHA! So my question is is it ok to eat them? Regardless of the taste, which to me isnt that bad, how will the oil in it affect my low carb cutting diet?!?! Can i go ahead and finish the cans out, or shoudl I just chunk em', take my $7 loss and head back to the store for the water tuna? Haha! Thanks bro's!!

Oil doesn't have carbs so I wouldn't worry, what is the fat content per can? Even if it is high just drain out all the oil before you eat it and you should be safe.

Yeah I've been draining the oil anyway, it says 6 gs of fat and 1 g of Sat. fat per serving.......and there 2.5 servings a can............
