haha! Damn that hurts Fireguy. You are one of the people I admire the most and look up to cause of your passion for this sport and how you handled the game for so long. Thats just amazing to me!

If I could borrow those arms for my next show I might be able to do some real damage. Might as well throw in your back and traps too while you are at it. All kidding aside your conditioning looks great, you are right, you could step on stage tomorrow if you had to. Isnt it nice to be ready early!

LOL, those are symbols that come from hard work and dieting. No such thing as too many.

Its not letting my reply with quotes so...

Yes sir Fireguy. Its nice to be ready early so I don't have to kill myself anyone more and just do tweaks, feed myself a bit more here and there and basically plan on dieting into

the show with carbing up a day or two before prejudging.

Bjpennn. Currently I come completely off. I run HCG during my contest cycles. Run PCT torem/clomid and maintain b/w 220-230 12-14% bf offseason natural. Then completely

transform myself in 16 weeks. This may all change though depending on how well these next shows go. IDK we'll see or I may cycle an extra 2 months before the comp instead of

    just 4 months prior.

Mad respect to you man for going about it that route. I am in the process of pretty much committing myself to not coming off test the rest of my life. I am just over pct on and off again and last time i got bloodwork done i was so ****en low the doctor said he would give me that testim gel...the weird thing is i could get it up ez and i could still pack on muscle but knowing i am not my best messes me up. I want to compete one day but currently trying to bring up my legs...i have not touched them in seven years lol! You look great bro...your hard work and dedication really shows. Honestly inspires me.

Thanks man. During and after my first contest season in 09 I was cruising and what not but had luckily added in HCG while doing so. After the contest I cruised for a few weeks and then started reading at different sites about all the implications of cruising (High RBC, cholesterol, people in their 30s getting stints in their heart, etc) that it scared the living day lights outta me. So I dropped off the face of the earth and ran a huge PCT. I was able to get myself back to normal.... luckily

But like I said things may change. Pro bodybuilding or even being a elite national competitor you gotta do a lot of crazy shit. Im trying to be has smart about the whole drug routine as possible and put more hard work in the diet and training, learn more about etc. And really that where it is all contained in

To anyone that reads this I really cannot stress the importance of a strict, properly set up diet. It makes all the difference in your size, gains, look then anything else. If I'm not eating at my meal time Im going to have a bad day.

haha well it just depends. I try to eat every 2-3 hours currently and really I am hungry so once I start getting hungry I'd say I start having a bad day. lol

But I switch things up too. Ive trained and do implement the 3-4 big meal plan vs 7-9 meals during particular times. I for one believe that one should evolve their diet throughout

the year, switch things up, lower protein, switch up sources, less meat, more shakes, up carbs and fats etc etc. Just depends on where Im at really

Would an off season natty pic be to much to ask?

I really like your common sense approach, good luck with the show.

    Thank you.

All in all regardless of how I place in the next few weeks I am happy with my accomplishment and will continue to strive to become better and represent this sport with high

respect and also humility. I try and work as hard as I can not only in the gym but in everything I do. Some days when rent is due along with everything else I find myself

scraping up change in order to buy more chicken and food, or working overtime in order to do what has to be done. But Im not just striving for physical perfection but also

developing and obtaining high standards for my character, as a person. Bodybuilding has taught me a lot of self discipline something that I lacked severely in my teens and also

being more realistic, humble, a no bs, honest attitude with myself and others as well. I try to tackle on the leadership role amongst my peers around my town with smarts and

cutting the crap with them and it seems to work really.

They say what you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals..

Appreciate the positive response but more work needs to be done.

fantastically lean body! The vein thing I get to understand, but it shows your dedication. I personally wouldn't like to get that many veins, but I'm a hobby bodybuilder anyway, plus girls like big but not too veiny, but there are enough who know to see and appreciate your work. I do
    more pics showing leanness?
