Wink Help rebuilding chest after gyno surgery??????

Hi im 25 years old male im 5 ft 11 and weigh 13st.

It has been a year since i had the operation and have started to get back into the weights again, i was just one of the unlucky ones and been left with oddly shaped pecs if anything there, i wasnt taking any anti estrogens at the time so my own fault really, anyway got loads of anti e's now,
so im due to go on holiday in 10 weeks from now and still a bit embarrased by the shape of them and was wondering what 10 week course would be the best to help me reshape my chest but i dont really want much weight gain, i am slim and you wouldnt no i had ever taken a steroid i used to be 16st at one point,
as time is ticking and i go away in august what will be the best cycle to run, thanks for your help in advance, ask the experts ay, can post pics if you need any, i also want a six pack for my holiday so iv cut out junk fund and started jogging 2 miles every other day and also spend time on the punchbag at home, i can just about see my muscles under a layer of fat when i lie down and tense so roughly how long until my abs are showing? i have a million questions but i will leave it at that for now lol cheers

Honestly Bro i dont think anyone here is going to recommend hoppin on a cycle right away especially after a year out of the gym. I would definatly ease into it and start a good workout routine that incorporates your chest.

200 push ups a night along with whatever workouts u do.. you need steady working of ur chest to rebuild it.

Just grab a good Pre-Workout Supplement Like N.O. and put in work naturally... That will get you motivated. (And Protein of corse)

I dont know much about gyno surgery, but I know my friend got it few months ago. His chest looks nothing like yours. He was able to get back into lifting within 3-4 weeks and there are no scars or anything....

You came here for advice and it has been given to you. Stay off the juice, its not some magical shit that's gonna fix your problems. Train hard naturally, get your diet in check and then do your research before taking juice.

been on the internet every day for 12 months solid, is that enough research, probably. and i no steroids arnt the best solution, but its my chest, are you living with this problem? do you have to walk round with your top off looking like this? it causes me stress, so before you try and be the smart ass put yourself in my shoes and just think what i might be thinking for a change!!!!!

Im hoping that chest will look better after time.. Maybe it needs a few weeks to settle or something after the surgery.

If not i would go to the doc and demand a redue.

    Shit sucks,
I had gyno surgery 3 years ago. My doc took out the glands but left alot of fatty tissue so It still looks like I have gyno.

Why you need to do is build that muscle back on your pecs. Once a week pump your chest in the gym, Stretch the hell out of it everyday, 200 pushups 3x a week.

Remember your diet is just as important. Get on a bulking diet. Even if you gain a lil fat, it will just thicken your skin so the problem is less bearable.

Do this for 6 months, then come back with a new pic and ask about steroids.
You already have your starting photos up.... GL

Take it slow man. No need to rush thing. This is afterall a patience sport.
On the right diet, workout and supplements you will see differences that will please you.
If you just turn to steroids think how they could muck you up even more, i dont think you need any more problems on your mind. They arent something to play with if you dont have your things in order. Plus you need to be well well informed before even starting to plan a cycle, as to know what you are doing, what issues could come up and how to deal with them.

Patience, the time for steroids will someday come !

Dude i have had it done twice...You need to slowly build up your muscle their naturally. Trust me it will not take as long as you think. Do not get on cycle.

    Diet and exersize will help.

But in all honesty I do not think that it will cure your problem, I would seek the advice of a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this sort of work. You clearly need some revision to your chest to get the results you seek. Don't just ask him if you need surgery pin him down on how much change/improvement you can expect to see and how long off you will need before working out again. At that point diet and excersize are the answer more AAS is only likely to get you back on the table again.

Constant pushups would be best to build up that muscle w/o the extreme strain of a barbell bench. 200 a night, not super hard just stretch out and constant force building. Think of a bird, they dont bench but have big breasts, from flapping their wings all day. Similar concept due to you undergoing surgery.

However, i would ask for some liposuction (if u went to gen surgeron) to form the bottom part better where the gland was removed. Did the surgeron leave a lil bit in? or take it all out?
Some leave it in to avoid the sunken in look, but it can return with future steroid use.

    good luck!
