Twice weekly to to keep the blood levels more stable is better.

If using both nolva and clomid in pct is better than just nolva is open for debate. If I have both I will run them both for 3 weeks, and than continue with just nolvadex for 2-3 additional weeks.

Clomid can cause some sides. Clomid is known to cause temporary impaired sight when used for prolonged periods at high dosages.

i did your cycle that you are going to start. I ran for 10 wks and pinned twice a week. to keep levels more stable. I never tried once a week so I would not know if I felt differently. but I had letro on hand and did nova for pct.
