    Never mind....did a search. Its bascilly your omega 3, 6, and 9...right? Or is it just omega 3?

    I thought that EFA was your Omegas?

    Man, this stuff is hard to keep straight sometimes.

    ALA is alpha lipoic acid
    I find that if you take it for a long period of time it will give you heart burn(realy bad ones)
