is too much tuna bad? new diet

im on week 5 of test e 500mg/wk 12 week cycle.

I've put on a decent 15 lbs. But I want the rest of my cycle diet
to be clean as possible. Also because of limited time and work
I chose tuna to be my main diet because of convenience.
Since last week this is my new diet:

8am: 7 boiled egg whites w/ 3 cans of tuna
    8am: 1/2 cup oatmeal
    10am: 2 scoop protein w/ skim milk
    12pm: 4 cans of tuna
2pm: 1 chicken breast w/ brwn rice and beans
    4pm: 3 cans of tuna w/ salad
    6pm: 2 scoop protein w/ skim milk
    6pm: 3 handful almonds
7pm: 1 chicken breast w/brwn rice and beans
    9pm: 4 egg whites w/ 4 cans of tuna
    10pm: 2 handful of almonds

each can of tuna has 26g protein. So give or take
my calories are 4000cals and 490g of protein

Is there something i'm missing here or am i good to go
with this diet for rest of cycle. Can i do any damage with
    this much tuna?

Wow that is a lot of tuna, 14 cans a day ? How much do you weigh ? Full stats ? I think your getting more than enough protein whatever you weigh. With regards to the mercury content in that much tuna I can't be sure tbh.

If you're at all concerned with the risk of mercury poisoning that's definitely too much. The "safe" amount of tuna to eat when considering mercury levels is about two cans a week. I'm sure a lot of people eat more than that and have no problems, however, you're eating quite a bit more than that. I might suggest cooking your chicken in bulk, and investing in some Tupperware.

I started at 185 6'2. now im at 199-201 lbs.

I'm gonna switch too more chicken less tuna in 2-3 weeks
when work slows down a bit.

Am i overdoing the protein? how much should i lower it?

Shit, thats alot of tuna my friend. Do some research, there is tons of stuff on mercury poisoning. I would tone down the tuna a bit. Perhaps lean ground turkey and make a shit load of turkey patties. Protein should be about 2g per pound. I say 350-400g of protein.

seems like a lot of food to me. 3 lbs a week is a ton of weight to gain especially since your test is probably just kicking in. I'd be worried that you are packing on a lot of fat.

If 4000 is your calorie needs, I would go down to between 30% and 40% protein which would be 300g - 400g.

Im gonna take out 3-4 cans a day to bring it near 400g protein a day.

The test. kicked in around 3rd week. I put on a lil fat but also
    a good amount of muscle.

I'm hoping to get around 220 by end of cycle. I'm sure ill lose at least 10lbs after PCT tho
My current clothes are already getting super tight. I gotta go get some bigger sizes this week.
Everybody at work has been commenting on sudden mass increase. I'm not sure how im gonna
    explain 220.

Only issue i might have when switching tuna to chicken is
my calories and carbs are gonna shoot up to get same amount of protein.

sounds like you may be gaining / carrying a lot of water weight my friend, so like you say your going to lose a lot of that in PCT. if your not bothered about it then carry on, if you want to shed a bit of it which may stop people commenting look into an anti estrogen like adex.
