Canned Salmon is very high in sodium, why dont you buy fresh salmon and make it the way you want it.
chop up dill, tarragon and some cucumbers. if you can spare the extra calroies add a tablespoon or so of sour cream
mix it up with some fat free cream cheese, garlic and herbs possibly come cucumbers and diced tommatoes spread it on ezekiel bread or on whole wheat crackers

WM, I would lovvvve to, but it's so expensive and time consuming. but there will def be some good opportunities to here and there! If i were rich I'd be buying the fancy smoked salmon...so deeelish....
