    Hello everyone!! Noob Alert.

    hey everyone. I am new to the site, as i guess is obvious since i am posting this here. I am currently 5'11" and 155lb I have been this size since high school. I am currently 30. So I am making some changes. And here is where it landed me. I hope my questions are not too stupid for this forum... we shall see

    not really sure where to post this but, I am up 4 lb in 8 days. Just diet and train. Trying to get myself ready for a first cycle.
