Well, this is a pure homemade meal, it's one of those dinner that your moms cook.
Ingredients:
* peas
* corn
* carrots
* chunks of lean ground beef
* white rice
Just wondering how beneficent is this meal in general and for a bulking diet?

I would say it would depend on where that meal fit into your diet. Is it a pre or post workout meal or is it right before bed. I would dump the white rice and add whole wheat. As long as you know what the macros on the other foods are and they fit with your diet then enjoy.
I would say the one major downfall with eating meals like this is portion control. Is it even posible to see if the macros fit in your diet.
No you cant get the macros, its one of those family meals that you put as much as you want to eat but it can be replaced with brown rice if that's better.
The meal, as far as food choices go, is not horrible. But as Nephets was implying in his second paragraph, you need to know how much of each macronutrient you're getting from this. You said you're bulking; well, I suppose if you don't mind the Possibility of adding a bit of fat tissue, then I don't see a problem.
i make the same meal but use ground turkey
