Heres what my diet looks like
morning 4 eggs and an oatmeal packet and a piece of toast
meal 2 protein bar
meal 3 2 cans tuna sandwitch
meal 4 15 chicken nuggets (only protein in my house) 25 g protein plus a 23g protein shake

PWO 50g protein shake
Dinner- steak or grilled chicken. whatever my family is cooking..

i sometimes cheat and will go to a fast food place maybe once a week but ive cut down on that.
I dont eat this exact diet everyday but most days i do...
any advice would help...
my buddy who i workout with told me eat a lot of meat and tuna and bread (for carbs)
im on my first cycle and started last week (test sus 500 mg a week Deca 250 mg a week)
Im 176 IBs but weighed 190 before stopping creatine and no....i have no started both again.
My bench is going up along with my squats and my shoulder press and my curls...welll just about everything is going up....
BUT I THINK I NEED TO BE ON A STRICTER BETTER DIET....
any advice would be really appreciated...
