Whats the difference between human and pharm grade

i thought they were the same. could some one explain it more? before i used to think its either HG grade or UGL when it comes to gear brands, but now i hear pharm grade....sorry for my lack of knowledge and wanted to know whats the difference between pharm grade and human grade?

Human and pharm grade are the exact same thing, just using a different word for the same thing.
