    5 1/2 months

    I'm posting 2 similar pics that are 5 1/2 mo apart. no cycles. both are at the end of a cutting phase

    started lifting again in feb 2001 (haven't stopped since)
    last time i used clem was 2001
    messed w/ some prohoromones (1-AD, Mag 10) early the summer 2002 and took them w/ nolvadex
    nothing since

    diet

    For the most part it is well balanced. I eat a lot of oatmeal mixed with protein. Chicken and Rice also. And I snack on Walnuts. Stay away from breads and sugars. Not big into cardio, but I started up 2 weeks ago. about 40 min in the morning on the treadmill with my HR at 130. I cut out carbs for about 5 days before my trip (i leave for south beach tommorrow) I carb loaded for the last 2 days. I droped from 178 to 170 by cuttin the carbs came back to 175 after loading and I started taking Shrink Wrap last night to get rid of the water.

    nice bro. You're looking ripped and ready for South Beach. I'm curious about those big ass scars too.

    We took off a year about the same time and started back up the same time too. Got any plans for a cycle soon?

    the scars are surgery scars from 95' the ones on the chest are from a cathator. I had cancer and wenth thru chemo also.

    i am done w/ juice. it's to up and down for me and in the past it kept me from making continual gains. although now my gains are much slower they are always improving.

    My stats:
    26
    6'1"
    170-178
    arms just under 16"
    chest is around a 41-42

    bench max = 285

    none of my business bro, but did you have your colon removed? I have a scar near identical to that where I had mine taken out at 18. I had FAP, and around like 5k pollups in it. If its none of mine, just tell me to STFU

    not the colon, but lymph nodes, it's a common scar for any surgery in that area.
    for arms i have been following the program in "Winning the Arms race" by charles polliqiun

    I do chest, back, legs, and shoulders on seperate days although sometime i combine shoulders and back if i missed a day.

    I never lift more than three days in a row.

    I usually add (forearms, traps, abs, or cavs) to my work outs

    Once in a while (rear delts and lower back)
