Just a lil' gyno question

So in the last week of my 4th cycle (first using tren), I got a small lump behind my nipple... I never had any of this before. I just started pct this week, and was just wondering if since it occured so late in the cycle is it even necessary to use letro... Or will pct take care of it, or will it just go away on it's own?
