    "Birthday cheat" Help

    Well, I've been almost perfect on my diet... which is right here

    only cheating once in awhile with cereal or something

    Today however is my birthday, I started off the day good.
    2 eggs, 3 whites, 1/2 cup oats...
    worked out.
    post workout had my cytogainer.
    about 2 and a half hours later, had chicken, brocoli and black beans.

    THEN.. birthday dinner.
    I had probably 7 or 8 pieces of mazzios pizza (thick crust) few pieces were pepperoni, few were supreme, then a little piece of rasberry cheesecak<-- which had 22 grams of fat approx.. I don't plan on eating anything else the rest of the night. How bad was this?

    Happy birthday, but that one bad meal is not going to kill ya. Just get back to it tomorrow its no biggie, you wont see any negative side effects from just one meal.

    one day will not add bf%, no worries...

    logically, if you think to how the average person eats and drinks soda with every meal, etc... they would then be gaining bf% per meal with that logic... doesn't happen though, does it?

    so i say it's fine, however, just don't have a birthday meal every day =D

    Thank you for the good words. I am very cautious about my abs. I just didn't do good. And I mistyped on my phone I meant 4 pieces of cheesecake :| 22grams fat each! plus pizza had 17 grams each.
    Tomorrow I will do a bunch of cardio though. I am very particular about my abs. By the way, it was my 21st birthday.
