Today however is my birthday, I started off the day good.
2 eggs, 3 whites, 1/2 cup oats...
worked out.
post workout had my cytogainer.
about 2 and a half hours later, had chicken, brocoli and black beans.
THEN.. birthday dinner.
I had probably 7 or 8 pieces of mazzios pizza (thick crust) few pieces were pepperoni, few were supreme, then a little piece of rasberry cheesecak<-- which had 22 grams of fat approx.. I don't plan on eating anything else the rest of the night. How bad was this?
