5'7" 155 lbs vry lean although I don't know my bf %
training is 4x/wk with cardio @ 30mins each

How's your diet looks like?
high protein and mono fats...carbs are moderate. i eat a lot keep the bad stuff to a min sugars/bad fats.
don't use any supplements.
typical day... hard boiled egg whites 3-4 early ..protein drink..mid morn...avocados 1 maybe two
lunch is like a lower fat sandwich...sometimes a burger
either avocados or some veg for afternoon..dinner/eve something large...usually have carbs then if i do..but mostly lean meat or fish.
i know im low on the veg's but don't really like em...can make a meal outta meat
Welcome, You really need alot of help with your diet IMHO go to the diet section and post your dialy diet and ask for help to reach your goals.

i posted there...no one seems to be offering up...but been reading quite a bit...looks like my intake is way too low. I ususally feel like im over eating though..i can't imagine eating triple what i do now...i dont want to get fat --changed my avatar so you could see what my size is like now
