im not being a jerk, here its expensive where i find it and im not sure it will do anything special to me to justify the price.

Hey, I see that it has a lot of saturated fats, but I know they say most of them are MCT (which are not really handled like sat fats so they are OK) does anyone know the exact amount of MCT's that make up the sat fat in the product???

I like vanilla the best... But www.allthewheyprotein.com smoke them all you cannot beat it,, pure isolate protein nothing more.. I am growing like a weed off this shit.. mixes instantly with water, I use o.j ... If your tired of wasting your money give it a try..
