hey guys...right i normally train after work 3-4 evenings a week....i work pretty long hours and always need some pre workout supp to get a pump. i normally take 2-3 scopes of jack 3d.....i've tried others as well...but the jack is generally good for me. i always feel i get a good work out in!! today...instead of the jack...i took 4 spoonfuls of coffee....absolutely rotten but i got it down in oneanyway i found it really gave me the edge for my workout. Anything i should be concerned about taking so much coffee?
