Yeah I told him about putting the tootsie roll thing in his shorts for the cover shoot of the wheel pic, that way it looks as if a outy instead of the inny he has

I've been busy for the past day or two just checking the thread now...
Arms are 17"
Waist used too be 28" now 30". When I lean out hopefully 28"-29" again.
Quads are 26", dunno if that is good or bad.
Calfs 16.75".

Yep hammer curls, and stright bar curls always pause at the top of your concentric movement and then on the ecentric movement work on your negatives with a slow release. Dont over train the bi's by doing a shit load of excercises. Also train both fast twitch and slow twitch for hypertrophy.
