Hi, just wondering if anyone can tell me here if my diet is high enough in carbs, ive been sticking to it and having good results in weight loss, im cutting right now, but my mates say i should be having more carbs
Diet is currently a low carbs diet, roughly
Bfast
2 eggs
1 slice of bread
2 bacon strips
1 apple
juice
Lunch
Tuna
Cheese
Salad - lettuces, cucumber, sweet corn, peppers
Dinner
1 Chicken Breast
Salad
Yoghurt
Apple
After training
3 - 4 egg omlette
3 whole 1 white
spinach
