On way to know for sure:

Take a thermostat, you know the kind you use for fevers and such, and just take your temperature. If it is above 98.6, then it is probably working.

Check temp. if it doesn't work stop it and run some Keto for a week or 2 then start the Clen back up.....don't bother to try to clean receptors with Benadryl, it's pointless in my personal experience

are you a female? 80mcg is too low. I start clen at 100 week 1 then 150 week 2 then 200 week 3
