Do fat burners affect muscle gain?

Say if i am taking some fat burners (Hot Rox by Biotest) and at the same time working out hard and a clean diet.

Is it still possible for me to gain muscle at the same time, i know that you cant gain muscle and loose fat at the same time.

if i am providing enough protein for my muscle and extra for the growth, also doing cardio, would it be not possible i will be able to build muscle while loosing the fat. Not on a crazy level but at a steady pace

Fasted cardio (walking for about 1 hour with running in between)

Also working out for 1 and half in the gym,

Soon gonna start doing some mma, jujitsu, and thai (just for cardio)

So all i am asking is is this possible or should i ditch the fat burner for now so that i can concentrate on just making the gains with good diet(not bulk) then go on a proper calorie defcit diet with low carbs and fat burner

Fat burner usually burn the calories out, not the fat. With calories deficit, won't bulk, will loose all muscle, when working out at gym you my burn some fat out, due to exercise.

This isn't necessarily true. The whole basis of a recomp type diet is to lower bodyfat with little to no change in bodyweight, meaning muscle mass MUST increase.

Yes, it's definitely possible. However your genetics and current body composition will factor in as to how well this will work for you. Also, I believe this is a bit more of an 'advanced' type of dieting and requires more meticulous planning, tracking, etc. Carb/calorie cycling is essential IMO. You'll want to make sure you're providing the nutrition to promote muscle growth (higher carb days for instance) but also creating a deficit at certain times to promote fat loss (lower/no carb days for instance). You cannot burn fat and gain muscle at the exact same time, but over the span of a week for instance, of course your body can be in a surplus and deficit at different times. How you manipulate those times is key.

I'd keep the intensity low to moderate

I don't think you have to worry about the fat burner here. Make sure the important stuff is in order and you will make progress.

Sorry, but I have to call you out again. Fat burners usually burn calories and not fat? Before I go any further, please explain to me what a calorie is, what fat is, and the difference, since they seem to be equals based on your statement.

With calorie deficit, won't bulk - at least we agree on something.

When working out at gym you may burn some fat out - highly unlikely. Weight training will lean heavily on glycogen stores for energy. If weight training was an efficient fat burner, we'd do that for 2 hours and never do that boring ass cardio.

Cheers for the info, that has cleared it up for me, I am gonna trial and error this stuff with my body, The info coming from you is always solid, will research carb cycling as this is new to me.

on a side note i was thinking about " shit i am gonna be 23 and i have been fat and chubby all my life, gonnna, if you cant do something this year do it next year" (usually thats my excuse)

am i allowed to start a blog on here to do my progress?

When taking a fat burner, most of then will burn the calories out, making our body reach for storage fat , to convert fat into energy, calories. (Fat burner will not burn fat)

After a intense 1 hour work out at gym, all calories are burn, so we jump at cardio to convert storage fat into energy, calories.

That's what I understand, if I'm wrong, please let me know, thanks.

A 'fat burner' will work to increase your metabolic rate (very slightly) and doesn't actually 'burn' fat, or calories. Rather, your sped up metabolic rate will burn more calories at rest as well as during activity. I'm not aware of any fat burner that directly 'attacks' fat cells.
