summer goals, attainable?
i am currently doing a fairly clean bulk and am on my 8th week of the bulk. im not 100% on how much weight i have gained but i know it is atleast 8 lbs. i dont so much care as to where my weight lies at the end of summer but more of the look and lifts. for now my stats are:
bench- 230x3
deadlift- 350x6
military- 180x3
squat- 425x3
CGBP- 175x4
Curl- 115x6
Barbell Row- 205x5
do you think it is possible to get all my lifts up in the next 11 weeks to look like this:
bench- 250x4
deadlift- 405x4
military- 200x4
squat- 450x4
CGBP- 200x4
Curl- 130x4
Barbell Row- 225x4
think these are attainable goals for a bulk in 11 weeks?
