I am will be using ghrp-6 for the first time. Just have a few questions if you wouldn't mind helping me with. I am using ghrp-6 to help lean me out, what would be the best diet to run? I've herd ghrp-6 lowers your blood sugar levels and makes you hungry as hell. I plan to take 3 shots 100mcg a day. First thing in the morning, post workout and before bed.
I am 170 pounds, around 10%-11% body fat, non-workout days 1800 calories, work out days 2100 calories. My diet run at the moment is keto 5 days 0 carbs 2 days loading. I am 31 years old been training 5 years. I am doing German volume training at the moment 10 reps 10 sets 2 body parts, with 6 sets 2 body parts to finish off my workout.
I have never used aas, i have used clen and yohimbine. When i am depleted my blood sugar levels do drop while I’m on clen and yohimbine so i am concerned that ghrp-6 will do the same thing to me. Would i need to increase my calories or change my diet with a daily intake of carbs?
I got my ghrp-6 from China 5mg, how much water would i need to add in for a cycle and how long do you need to cycle ghrp-6.
