I do No Holds barred fighting.......same rules as the Ultimate Fighting CHampionship. I use Gracie (brazilian) Jiu-Jitsu and muay Thai kickboxing. This match we actually wore a traditional Jiu-jitsu gi because he asked me to. He thought he could shoot in and out grapple me. Little did he know I was going to break his jaw and knock him out in 28 seconds. THanks for the comments. The abs are coming along.....what I do it this.... while I am resting in between sets....I do 25 crunches. Do the next set....25 crunches. So at the end of a workout- I have done quite a few. My BF% is low so they show well. I actually do not notice them that much until I see them in a picture.

is there any exercices you can practise at home by yourself(of course i dont expect it to be the same as by going to the gym and training with pros)the reason i am asking is b/c i love fighting but right now i cant take any classes or anything due to a congested schedule and having a little baby to take care of

I have been training Vale Tudo (no rules) fighting for about 2 years. I started in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and then picked up Thai boxing. Those 2 arts combined are a deadly combo in a real fight. Gotta have a good ground game. Yes there is a great at home training meathod you can do. I have a muay Thai heavy punching/kicking bag in my garage. Its 6 feet tall so you can practice low kicks to the outer thigh. (brutal shots). Turn a timer on 3 minutes.......and work on your combos. Minute break.......do it again for 3 mins. Start with 3 rounds.

From what I can see your physique looks great, but I can't understand why you just haven't posted a pic of yourself in a normal relaxed pose. I looked at your other posts and they are all either very far away or obscured in some way. Why don't you post a pic so we can see what your physique really looks like???
You obviously spend a lot of time working on your body, so we would all like to see what the hard work has produced!!
What type of venues do you fight in? Where do you train at? What belt are you in BJJ? Sorry for all the questions, Im starting to get into MMA, so Im curious. Been doing Muay Thai off and on for awhile about a year hard core, starting NHB training next week.

Well, since he's a no holds barred fighter, and Muay Thai takes a shitload of endurance, I think his shape is good.
I don't think he's going for the Bob Sapp look...
Did anyone catch UFC on friday? That Matt Hughes is just a f-ing power house. Sherk put up a hell of a fight though. Both had similar body types but matt hughes was just a tad bit more powerful than sherk.
That new standup rule they had was bullshit.
Sherk could have done so much more if they didn't stand the fight up everytime Sherk got on top. And he was just as active as Hughes.
