    Diet Run for GHRP-6

    Hi All,

I am 170 pounds, around 10%-11% body fat, non-workout days 1800 calories, work out days 2100 calories. My diet run at the moment is keto 5 days 0 carbs 2days loading. I am 31 years old been training 5 years. I am doing German volume training at the moment 10 reps 10 sets 2 body parts, with 6 sets 2 body parts to finish off my workout.

I have never used aas, i have used clen and yohimbine. When i am depleted my blood sugar levels do drop while I’m on clen and yohimbine so i am concerned that ghrp-6 will do the same thing to me. Would i need to increase my calories or change my diet with a daily intake of carbs?

    Thank You

As long as you don't overdo the ghrp-6 you shouldn't get hypoglycemic. Your calories seem really low, are your carb load days higher?

    keep the ghrp at 100mcg/dose

    Thanks

I don't know much about ghrp, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't affect insulin levels enough to make you go hypo. I could be wrong but I've never heard of that.

Anyway you should get off keto. How's it working for you?

Keto is going great, fat loss and some muscle gain. To date I have lost over 66 pounds to I'm trying to get around 7%. It's been a long tough road but I'm getting there slowly! Do you think 2100 calories is sufficent for someone my weight? Non workout days I take in 1800 calories. 320-340g protein 80g fat work out days. Non workout days 300g protein 60g fat. Ant suggestions would be much appreciated. What other diet run would you suggest?

    Thanks

Your protein intake is way to high, imo. Drop it down and add more fats. Healthy fats like EVOO, Avocados, and Fish oils. I guarantee you aren't getting enough of this.

Thanks for your input, i am thinking of changing my diet to something along these lines. 250g protein, 100g carbs, 77g fat for 10 days then carb loading for 2 days. Any suggestions on another diet that will help achieve my goals?

    Thanks

I agree with Oscarjones. I'm not a fan of keto but just make sure you get your refeeds in. I would do a traditional split now that you are in better shape (great job btw). A pic helps with direction tremendously.

at 31 yrs old do you feel that your natural production of GH is diminished?? because that's what' ghrp is going to do for you it will allow your pituitary to release all it can..

take too much and you'll be crazy hungry and fall off the good diet..

I believe it has dipped down a little, i read up that ghrp-6 aids in fat loss as well some muscle gain, I’ve read that doing 3 doses 100mcg is sufficient and not make you that hungry? Please advise.

    Cheers

ghrp-6 at 100mcg 3x/day should aid a little in fat loss and muscle gain. But don't expect miracles.

I found that at 100mcg the only side effect I got was a giant poop about 15minutes after injecting.

Paying $40 and getting some results is better then paying $100 for crappy supps that have bare all effect. Thanks for the advice. I have upped my cardio now. Will start my ghrp-6 in a couple of weeks time as I have fly around the country.
