1. You are 33 years old, 196 lbs, 5' 10" and you can't pull yourself up and you can bench about 135. You are obese...the best thing to do is start cutting program instead of bulking. True or false?

2. With the above info you would try to go natural for a few years to see if you can achieve that Spartan "300" cut look before resorting to a program involving "pro hormones ". True or false?

3. The "Warrior Diet" is just another fad.

4. An anti-aging clinic is the safest and most effective way to give you the right tools to cut.

5. Anybody can get a six pack without steroids.

6. Six packs are not worth the cost, I.e time exercising, avoiding foods, cycling expenses, etc.

7. The glycemic index is key to cutting.

8. Men's health " abs diet " is good.

9. Most fruit is bad.

10. Discipline is better than any anabolic.
