Thumbs up Skinny guys first cycle

Wow, I havent done this much reading since grad school!! But I am very pleased with the amount of info tho. My name is, well D. Im 37, in pretty good shape, but I can see my health slipping away. So i have been tryin to get back into shape. I have always been skinny. Im 6'1" but only weigh 165 and now im getting fat in the one place no one wants to be fat, my stomach. I have always dreamed of having a nice chest and arms but health is the most important. So im starting my first cycle ever. Ive done a lot of research but im sure ill make a lot of mistakes. That being said ill lay out my plan. Yall sure seem to be harsh on noobs, so ill expect some smart ass replies but remember everyone of us have made mistakes. But thx to this forum and a few other sites im thinging, or hoping, the mistakes will be small and not to bad of health problems. First cycle plan:
    Sup/vit/roids WORKOUT
    400ml Test C a week (intravenously) P90X daily workouts
    50ml d bol a day (oral) Bike/basketball cardio
ON protein shake Gym/weights 3days wk
Recovery drink 1hr after work out some light runs
    daily vitamins

So hit me with it, im sure I made some mistakes. So plz let me know what to keep or change. Dont hold back I can take it. Lol im sure that will not be a problem. And thanks in advance!

Dude you want to change your life for the better or for the worse?
For the worse - go ahead rushing into a cycle with your (p90x)...
For the better - research diet, propper training plans & don't look into gear until your body and knowledge are to standards.

Gear isn't a quick fix to every problem, Get a natural foundation build up first!
Take the golden advice given on this forum... believe me you'll thank them in a few years should you do things as people say.

Welcome-And not to be too harsh, but everything here is wrong except for the vitamins. You need to let us know how long you're going to run each compound to start things off. Secondly, your diet obviously needs help. Third, you have compounds that are typically used for a bulking cycle, but your workout is completely opposite of that. Not to mention that 3 days in the gym isn't enough imo. Post your routine for us to look at. Finally, you didn't mention any PCT and it's best to get that protein shake right after your workout. Not an hour later.
    More research for you.
    Good luck.

Thank you guys, and girls, I saw a female post, for even caring enough to reply to my little post. And yall are all right I have to do more research that is why I havent taken any gear. And believe me I already have it and its been hard not to at lease start the oral dbol. So that should show I am trying to do this right and healthy, im sure yall arent impressed but I am. That being said lets get to business. Muse like I said im still researching and yes I ordered gear before I found this site but if you think if I was looking for a magic pill I wouldnt be on this page now. Im really tryin to do this right. I dont mind yall being harsh if its constructive criticism, but dude calling me underweight isnt constructive and makes me wanna start the cycle to soon, ive been dealing with that my hole life, but I will not. As far as the P90X, isnt pull ups and push ups similar to weights? I have a business I run from home so this program looked right up my ally. If not I will get a personal trainer to show me around the gym profesionally. As for the gear, I was thinking, WHEN I do start, I was gonna use a 10 week cycle, backing down a bit the last two weeks. O yea stpet I meant I will drink the replenish drink within an hour of my work outs. I hope this covers it all. I was tryin to keep it short and coherent. Please keep the info flowing guys and ill work on that gym workout routine.

    Hey Damuscleman2011,
According to my understanding P90X is a program designed for the more overweight people and 99% of positive results are from people loosing weight on the program.
You are correct in the gym part, you can use a weight in many different ways and achieve very different results depending on how you use it.

also when you say pull ups and push ups being similar to weight training, if you want to bulk up muscle, you generally go for low reps and high intensity weight.
If its impossible to get to the gym due to your home business - possiby buy some weights and a bench to start with.

Diet is however, the key to all results. you are what you eat its as simple as that. I think that you need to do the following:
    1) write up your current stats in a thread and clearly state your objective (ie to bulk up quick, to cut fat and expose those abs...)
    2) depending on the objective, post your diet in the diet forum, and ask for some tweaking advice to achieve your goal.
    3) you will now require a training program, 3-4 times in the gym/home weights per week roughly? the program may involve hitting certain muscles on certain days, (also rest days are essential.)
    4) if you are new to weights, a training session in the local gym may be a good idea to learn the correct form for each exercise...
    5) stick to the program and diet, you WILL see results.

Give it a month or two to get familiar with the process and new healthy way of life, then look at introducing some juice.
The reason for waiting a while.. to get into routine, ensure you are up for it and wont quit through a cycle, and most importantly to strengthen those tendons as juice causes muscles to outgrow them in some cases.

    Hope this helps.
It's proably not golden advice - but it's to the best of my knowledge

Hey.....first of all this particular forum is more of a "welcome here" forum so not many members will come here to chime in on your proposed cycle. However that being said, all the above members do think your plan needs to be on hold for awhile is what I surmise.

So...here is what you need to do: Come on over to the Diet Questions Forum and start a thread there with:

    your stats
    your workout routine
    your specific goals
    and also list:
what you eat and when you eat as detailed as possible

Once you learn to eat correctly then you can hold a cycle. If you do not? you will not maintain your gains and it was all good for nothing financially not to mention emotionally and physically with sexual repercussions too.

So....hope to see you there. HEY! IF I had to end up in the diet forum then so does everyone else!
