I want to get my lower body ready for Playboy..

I am looking to get some size in my ass..

What can I do to make this happen?

What can I take to make it GROWWWWWW..

I am now 5"1 About 110 But I have implants and they give me about 8 lbs more weight..
I need to get my look proportioned!!

Barbie....it would be helpful if you posted a pic of yourself and give us an idea of your daily dietary habits.
Gaining size in your glutes is in big part genetics. If you have flat glutes without much definition or roundness it will be a challenge. If your glutes are more rounded and defined and you need more toning and firmness then diet and excercise can help.
I would like to defer until you post your diet to offer advice on eating. With regard to excercises: squats and lunges will help add size and shape.

are you looking for supplements, steroids or excercises that will help?

steroids that would do the trick is perhaps a low dose of primo (100mgs) per week or winny @ 10mgs ED - but these wont od anything for a specific part but they would make you more muscular all over - I am guessing you are going for the "pumpgirl" look

Excercises - hack squats, lunges with barbells or dumbells for hams and quads- "butt blaster", inducter/adducter machines - squat with smith rack for 20 reps as much weight as you can - make sure you get 20 reps those will get you bed and shpely legs and glutes.

If you need, PM me - I can give you the name of a few girls who are on the boards and in a similar line of biz and maybe they can help you.

Heres what you need:

1) Squats- As low as possible (The lower you go, the bigger your ass)

2) Good mornings

3) Reverse Hypers-Somebody already mentioned these. If your lucky enough to have one of these machines then use it, if not, then you must improvise with using a counter top (Which I use), back of a pick up truck, elevated bench, etc.

4) Lunges

5) Stiff Legged deadlifts

Basically its a nice leg routine, with a little more emphasis on the glutes. Also when doing these focus on squeezing your ass. Good look. Be sure to take some before and after pictures for us.

I'll take a stab at this....

On a serious note you should consider CYCLEON's advice. If you are looking for a magic pill that is going to increase the size of your rear then you aren't going to find one. They don't exist. Try the suggested exercises that people have suggested because that is the ONLY way you are going to get a bigger booty aside from eating fatty foods in mass quantities.

I am sure that you are serious about this, but this almost borders on being a prank thread, and if I had to guess who was behind it I would probably say.........

If this is a serious thread then sorry! I would suggest you take the advice that has been given because it is the best on the net!

there really arent any reallly safe drugs for a girl to gain alot of mass. if i were you, id do all the exercises mentioned above and take protein shakes.... you're reallly gonna need a good diet to benefit from those workouts.
