Hey guys, new to the forum as you can see!
just like to introduce my self and my plans for bodybuilding. This all stems from m father who took bodybuilding upon himself when he was 23 and entered competitions likewise. From this i have been a close admirer of the sport and would like to take such an interest
My physique at the moment is very fatty i dont know the actual percentage but i have been training on and off (mostly off) for around 3 years and i have quite a strong body. however due to other lost commitments i was unable to train as much as id liked!
Im 20 years of age and i have been reading that doesnt go so far on these forums so ill keep myself brief! i havnt started a diet as of yet but like i said my father is the main source for equipment, training methods and dieting along with rest and recovery. im currently 6 ft 4 and weigh 17 stone; thats 238 llbs for those who hate metric system like me!!
Ive been told Sus250 and dianb. would be best suited along with a very hard training method i have been doing for around 2 years mostly off as i mentioned.
I do not have pictures of my current 'state' to hand but if needed i will post and during my 10 week course i will gladly post weekly changes.
So yeah thats me, hope to hear some positive feedback even though im only 20!!
