    saying hi

hi all, guess il start with a little info..
iv always worked out although never really daily since high school and of course now. kinda let myself go the last 2 years..always had a belly
im 26, 5,7 ish 186-192 depending on the day, dropped from 200 to current weight in couple months but seamed to be stuck around the 188-191 even though i see increase in strength and definition/size gains. portable body fat thing said i had 19% BF work and will be back in school again soon. i count my protein grams and get to my 1.5 x BW with chickin, tuna, meats, whey protein.more cardio will help because when i was roofing loosing 20 pounds in a month and a half came off like a hot knife in butter, dropped to about 165-170 although i didn't eat much at all.. starting a new job that will be more physical so that will help also.. have not done any gear yet.. still researching and would like to get my "base" set if that means anything..my goal is bulk..

    welcome,
seems like you are in the rite track, drooping the bf down and having a good base and diet is the begging for gear.
