    Simple dietary change....

....does wonders! Three months ago, I told our cooks NOT to be cooking with MSG. At the time, my guts were killing me, extreme gas bloat, and other undesirable side effects i'm not going to mention in polite company. I've been here going on 6 months now, and i"m still dying from something the cook is using on the food. Finally, i get pissed big time. I storm into the kitchen, and sure as shit, yet another big bag of MSG on the top shelf of the spice rack. I end up throwing that shit away yesterday, find another stash in the food locker down stairs, throw that away as well. I tell the purchasing guy I will NOT pay for ANY MSG.... period! DO NOT BUY ANY MSG!!!!!!

    That was yesterday.

Today, I'm feeling great. And my throughput improved significantly.

    Moral of the story....

...sometimes ya just gotta kick a little asss!

Yeah that stuff will kill you. Lots of people get instant migraines from it and many other problems. Damn Chinese inventing more stuff to kill us.

Some people never got the memo about germs and the spreading of disease. You dont even want to know what you dont see. I know most less educated cultures seem perfectly OK with picking their nose not only in private but in plane daylight public and have NO clue what a Kleenex is for or why you should wash your hands.

LB... they don't even use toilet paper here...... they use their hand and then wash it off with a little water bottle they carry around with them. Remember, left hand here is "dirty"

WOW, TMI but at the same time good to know. Good think I dont eat out much at certain restaurants. I'm sure not much changes when they migrate to the US.

That's one thing I like about most of the Asian I have meet, VERY clean I mean they wash everything with soap and water every time and wash the hands thoroughly after but also carry anti bacterial hand wash.

dude. it all depends on WHICH Asians you refer to. There are some that come to the USA, that have the manners of a neanderthal. My wife's aunt teaches ESL to these people. They spit on the floor, pick their nose like it's nobodys business, and you have to teach them what a restroom is. They will pee in the corner if you don't stop them. And this is INDOORS!!!

So, just like anything else, it really depends on what or who you are referring to.

Yet.....u guys like to put your tongue where the sun don´t shine

So let me get this straight...
After you have buried your face you know where, and sucked her insides out, you will use a little Antibac on your hands before you sit down and eat?....in case your hands have touched something?

I agree and Ive seen it all. I meant the more educated ones. I know at my work for years when we had an influx of new hires they had to set up schools/classes for training them how to use the restroom Many would stand on the seat and squat making a mess EVERYWHERE. The janitors refused to clean it up thus causing the classes.

It's also funny, the lower class or less educated will stand around picking there nose no different than you or I would ??? I"m not sure what to compare it to. LOL

I'm not going to call out the specific type of Asians I was referring to by name, but they come from developing countries

well when it comes to resturants in the us a good rule of thumb i've come to find is the more expensive the resturant is the cleaner it will be. i've dropped steaks on the ground and picked them up and threw them out, unless it was a kobe then ill wash it off. but for the kitchens i have worked in the worst i've seen was either keeping a box of cornstarch in the freezer, if you know what i mean or using tomatos or berries that were touching a mold one.
