if dex increases test levels thn why do some guyys say only to take if needed??is because it kills off too much estro and we need some estro to make gains???wouldnt the xtra test from dex help us mpore thn hurt our gains?? any thoughts ty in advance

It does increase it but only if you are not on a cycle. just my opinion I have never used steroids.

it increase test because your body detects a decrease in estrogen, thus, it thinks "OMG! Lets produce more test so that more can aromatize into estro!", thus testosterone levels raises. Doesn't work while on cycle.

and yes, estrogen is needed for gains and for alot more stuff like joint lubrification, bone density maintenance and libido.
