alright guys im sitting at 5,8 195lbs 11-12% bf and was wondering if anyone has some good tips for lowering BF i.e. more cardio? Thermobal? Or does diet have a large portion to play?

Diet and cardio, at least 45mins a day

the trouble is im wanting to put on as much Lean body mass as i can, i have 2 goals 1. is to become more vascular and lower BF helps this and 2 is to lose the pocket of fat at the bottem of my abs to take my 4 pac to a 6 lol rest of body i dont mind but when trying to get vascular arms how the hell can you lower BF on your arms lol
Fat is burned evenly throughout the body, your arms will lean out and you will become more vascular i cut 30lbs and my arms are def more vascular.

Hell I lose size but maintain my weight.Just gettin cut up.But fathers day kicked my ash.I went crazy.% cheeseburgers baked ziti strawberry shortcake.Monday I was 4lbs heaiver.I only got 1 more lb to lose till I am back.But I do 1hr 20 to 30 min cardio 5 to 6 times a week.You youg kids get away with that 20 min crap.![]()
I'm gonna have to up my cardio too. On cycle up to about 18% body fat. I hate doin cardio. Running for long periods kills my back. I skip rope prior to weight training to help with cardio.
