10:30pm, hit your macros for the day, you're hungry; what do you do?

this happens more often than not for me; ive tried drinking a shit load of water, tried filling up on veggies, etc.

what types of tricks or foods should i take in? do i do another 1/2 cup of cottage cheese (90 cals/serving) or have another scoop of casein (120 cals/serving) before bed? Tablespoon of NattyPB (100 cals). Or do I just suck it up and wake up in the am and have some extra eggwhites since I know I'll be hungry...

need some advice here, i'm sure i'm not the only one!

    thanks.

What time do you normally go to bed? You should be eating your last meal then hitting the pillow asap!

11:30pm on a normal night, sometimes midnight. I'm up at 6-630am for cardio.

I usually get home from the gym at 730ish, have PWO immediately, then dinner at 8pm. By 10:30pm I'm hungry and have my last meal (technically) around then, but the hour or so before bed is a killer. I've tried waiting to 11:30, and I just can't do it!

adding in more fiberous vegetables will help keep you full longer. Also watch your salt intake which can increase hungar.

is it possible to rearrange your diet so you have calories left at that time of day?

i found i could go the morning with less food but as the day wore on I got hungrier, you follow ?
My last meal of the day was 1 tub (300g) of cottage cheese and 2tbsps of natty pb, and i lost 26lbs in three months. or go to bed earlier ?
