Laying out a planned cycle I was told To do-thoughts please?

I was put on this please give me your thoughts on this an if it works or will work

B. Weeks 1-12

1. Inject (2)ml of Testoterone Cypionate 210mg/ml 10ml vial with (.5) ml Nandrolone Deconate 210mg/ml 10ml vial 1 time per week in the Q2 of Glute using 23g 1inch. Ex(W)

2. Orally take (1) Anastrazole 1mg tab 3 times a week. Ex(M,W,F)

3. Orally take (1/2) Tamoxifen 20mg tab 2 times a week. Ex(T,Th)

III. Post Cycle Therapy

1. After week 12 injections; continue taking Anastrazole, and Tamoxifen. They will end after week 14. Now start HCG and Tamoxifen.

2. HCG-Chorionic Gonadrotropin Compounded 10,000 IU Inject 2000 units everyday for 5 days then 1000 units everyday for 10 days for post cycle therapy until finished.
(mix first vile with 2.5ml of bacterial free water- using 23g syringe. Refrigerate after mixing, until finished. Inject using 29g 1/2inch insulin syringe subQ. Draw half way to 50)
(mix second vile with 5ml of bacterial free water- then same exact procedures as above.)

3. Orally take (1) Tamoxifen 20mg each day until finished.

6'1" & 175lbs after a weight loss & getting ripped from crossfit was 225lbs weight loss in 3months
Bf was 6% 3 months ago gonna get in redone in the morning
Training a few years (5) to stay in shape last 1year lifting hard
Cycle never this is first one started

Still pretty light for your height.

I also see a few issues with that cycle. first off i would never run Nolva throughout a cycle. Drop it out completely until PCT. Just keep it on hand in case you have any issues with gyno.

I prefer using one compound for a first cycle. This way if any sides do come up you will know where it is coming from and how t deal with it appropriately. It also helps to know which compound is doing what in later cycles.

I personally feel your Adex dosage is too high. I prefer not running an AI first cycle because not everyone experiences sides therefore it could be doing more harm than good. If you do run it though i would drop it down to .25 mg EOD and bump it up if needed.

Your PCT is way off. I would not run your HCG through your PCT. Rather i would run it in the last few weeks coming up to your PCT and stopping it then.
Your PCT is not sufficient enough IMO.
I would add in Clomid and it needs to be run for a minimum of 4 weeks

less gains and more side effect the way you are runnig the nolva and Anastrazole.
not recovering correctly the way you are using the hcg and your pct

estrogen is actually helpful to an extent. With the adex and nolva you will completely be killing your estrogen levels.

Do my 15test/deca shots
Few weeks prior(15) days start my hcg before my last shot
Then do pct with my Nolva & clomid 3 weeks after

Noles or gixxer can you explain a lil more in depth? I have 15shots starting yesterday 1 done when should I start Hcg 15 days prior to my last shot? And the pct wait 3 weeks or start after my last shot ?? Taking nolva and Clomid and how much and when
