Friend is on second day of injectable winny. 6th week of test cyp cycle. He has slight nausea and a sweaty flush. Is that coming from the winny? Will it pass like test flu?

It's the Cyp, or possibly the combination, but not solely the Winny. There is no Winny Flu.
