workouts routine
1 day: chest, triceps
2 day: off
3 day: back, biceps
4 day: off
5 day: delt, traps, and abs
6 day: off
7 day: legs, and calves
8 day: off
only basic execise, heavy weight 5reps~7reps
only barbell and dumbell except pull down, legpress, and legcurl and standing calves raise
cardio 30min 5day per week just walk...
over 8hours sleep..
suppliment whey, casein,fish oil, coengyme q10, and milkthistle
