    Meal timing

So im aware of the rule of thumb that meals should be around 2 1/2 - 3 hours apart in an optimal eating habit.

My question is this, on my cardio days I wake up and immediately have one scoop of WPI in water and 3 caps of lipo 6. I then do my cardio followed by my breakfast an hour after im done with my cardio.

On lifting days I wake up and eat my first meal then get ready (30min) take my pre workout supp then head to the gym. As soon as I leave the gym I have a juciy juice 100% juice 4oz drink followed by my WPI shake 5min later on the way home.. About an hour later I have another meal includeing protein and carbs. Is this correct because I feel very bloated after all that?

Anyone have input on any of this..

It could be the carb source on in your post workout meal.

Or if this is happening on both days it could be the whey that you are using. I'd suggest switching out for another brand and seeing if that helps.

I agree with the above statements. I doubt it has to do with timing.

I like gummy bears instead of juice
