    Soreness

Is injection soreness mainly from the needle hole or the hormone/oil? Why do "virgin" muscles get more sore? I am using prop now every day and am looking for more sites but don't want a muscle like my delts in serious pain when I have a heavy bench/shoulder day following.

Haha not the needle hole. Think about it bro! You are injecting a foreign substance into a body part wtf do you think would happen lol? I'm fortunate that I haven't had major pains just small soreness the next day but until your body gets used to it be prepared for soreness for a couple days after and maybe even small lumps or infection I hear people get on these threads.

IMO it's the compound. Second would be the needle size unless you're injecting w/ a 16 or 18ga, and then it goes to #1 w/ a bullet.
I've never had a "virgin" muscle issue except for once, and that was when i injected into my calf. Never again.

I pin the muscle the day I train giving it a few days to heal before working it again. You can hit the delts like you are, the pec and lat's, so there are six spots. Quads and glutes for four more. I too will never try the calf again, to hell with limping for a few days. I wish I had read other's experiences first. I have yet to try the bi's and tri's.

Well, I just pinned my right calf this morning and the pain is hardly even there. Not sure but I don't mind pinning calves Way less scary than pecs or biceps for me for some reason.
