Somewhere around 40:40:20 (P:C:F) is a good general guide...
The higher your calories go tho the more those macros will change...
As cals increase the P and F will stay put but the C will be raised to increase cals...
At a certain point protein will not be any more helpful if it were to be increased... I would say no more than 2g/LB of LBM...
As a guide I will say this....
Base your macros on LBM x 15 + 500, in a 40 40 20 split ..... That will but you roughly 300-500 cals above your maintenance calorie intake (give or take a few hundred cals (technically this should be exactly 500 above mtnce but I have found it to be less))
If form there on out you need to add cals to gain weight look to add carbs mainly.
As far as 'Heart Healty' that is going to come down to your food choices and your cardio regime for the most part
