Steroid cycle combined with Alendronate Sodium(Fosamax)

Does anybody knows any benefit from a cycle taking these 2 meds in order to get stronger larger bones? Does it makes sense to someone once a bodybuilder with bigger stronger bones could have a better look and even a better structure.

What do you think?I tried mr.google but its difficult because of the language(im from Brazil) if someone has any link or something about it post it. Ill aprecciate.
    thanks at all

A heavier bone structure will make you look smaller. This is why bodybuilders with small joints do better than ones with thicker joints at the same weight.
And yeah, a naturally larger bone structure will increase your genetic mass potential, but I doubt that you will get the same effect by doing it artificially (if such a thing is even possible).

^^^ interesting. Never heard of this. I am trying to imagine this. So....if not a BB, then what? The same applies? People with small bones look bigger?

Well look at Arnold's forearms vs Ronnie Coleman's. Arnold was packing a lot less mass, but his thin wrists made his forearms look huge. Same goes with knee joints and ankles. It's all a matter of proportion. If you have thick joints (a "heavier" bone structure) you have a lot more "frame" to fill out before you look big.

Ok guys i agree that if you have more bones you have fill it out, but what about the V-tapper dont you think with larger bones it is easier to get the V-tapper?
*you know what is the Vtapper, right!?(small waist and larger shoulder width)

That is completely different. You don't get a V-taper by having a heavy bone structure. You get it by having narrow hips, a slim waist, and large lats and delts. Shoulder width is largely genetic, but can also be increased by doing plenty of delt and lat exercises. So work on that instead of trying to build heavier bones.

I dont agree man, I think genetics play a lot but not all the importance, and V-Tapper programs that only focus on delts and lats are crap, I think what is the main thing is in bone structure. I sought about it in the web and i didnt found something really amazing but this ,despite the pictures they show in the site, is very interesting theory.

Maybe this is not so close to bodybuilding but is very interesting on theory

Maybe if you want to be taken seriously you can find articles that aren't just an advertisement for some overpriced DVD excercise program.
And I hope you weren't referring to me, since I don't need any help stretching my shoulder bones or whatever.
I've had a radiologist look at my shoulders and say: "well, when I first looked at your left shoulder I thought it was separated. But then I compared it to the right one and it looks like that's just how your shoulders naturally are" (i.e. the huge gap that your DVD program seeks to accomplish). However, my shoulders are prone to injury as well, which is why I've never been a very good bench presser. They just feel unstable and sometimes hurt under high strain at certain angles.
And that's why I don't give a damn what you have to say.
