It all depends. Do a LOT of stretching before any exercise. If it hurts after make sure to use ICE, not heat on it for 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off at least 3 or 4 times a day.
DONT lift heavy or you will hurt it more. Lots of us have shoulder injury and it's important not to do anything to aggravate it.
Do these several time a week also, it helps.

Good to hear. Now keep it up. Do it daily. The hardest time to remember is when it doesnt hurt. Try to do it 3x a day. Dont forge the Ice also emmediatly after working out if your shoulder or neck hurts then the stretching.
Mine was killing me for the first time in 2 weeks. It's been mildly sore for the last couple of weeks due to lifting to heavy and I meant to keep it light doing supper sets but I started with chins. I guess that wasn't so light and now my should kiils or at least it did. I did the stretching a few times last night after, I did Ice 2x and put DMSO on it at home. It's 75% better today. No heavy lifting for a while, that means no full body weight. LOL I forgot, I'm not 145lbs anymore.
Keep us updated on teh progress and anything else you find that might work.
