So since you guys talked me out of taking test e because im too young ( 19). Now im going to try the "unofficial how to bulk diet" from the diet forum, but with some modifications. All i want you guys to do is critique!!! any other advice/suggestions on how to bulk are welcome !!!
Here is the diet:
Meal 1:
4 Egg Whites, toast with philly and meat, 1 cup oatmeal
Meal 2:
Meat, swiss cheese, green veggies
Meal 3:
Chicken Breast, Russian kasha
Meal 4:
2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies
Meal 5:
2 Scoops of Mass XXX Protein
Meal 6:
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, fried potatos
Meal 7:
Meat, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
Meal 8:
2 Scoops of Mass XXX Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil
Total protein should be around 400 and calories over 3000
