    Trying to bulk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    So since you guys talked me out of taking test e because im too young ( 19). Now im going to try the "unofficial how to bulk diet" from the diet forum, but with some modifications. All i want you guys to do is critique!!! any other advice/suggestions on how to bulk are welcome !!!

    Here is the diet:

    Meal 1:
    4 Egg Whites, toast with philly and meat, 1 cup oatmeal

    Meal 2:
    Meat, swiss cheese, green veggies

    Meal 3:
    Chicken Breast, Russian kasha

    Meal 4:
    2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies

    Meal 5:
    2 Scoops of Mass XXX Protein

    Meal 6:
    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, fried potatos

    Meal 7:
    Meat, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter


    Meal 8:
    2 Scoops of Mass XXX Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil


    Total protein should be around 400 and calories over 3000

    here are my stats:

    age 19
    height 6"
    weight 157lbs
    BF around 6%

    This should be in the diet forum. In my opinion (@6'3" 300lbs) there is great protein here but not enough carbs. I would suggest upping the carbs and fats to reach a minum of 4500 calories per day. Another thing i would say is to bulk proper you have to be willing to put on a bodyfat too

    yea, i know , but it would take years for someone to reply there....What could i eat to increase the carbs and fats intake?

    Baked potatos, beans, sweet potatos, granola, whole wheat breads, tortillas even include in a few cheat meals a week of pizza, tacos, burgers etc.

    Alright! thats good, because i work in a restaurant! ill eat everything there haha

    That's still too lean. Where's the beef? 3,000 cals probably isn't going to be enough.

    yea i told him to up the carbs and fats to bring his calories to a minum of 4500.

    Just eat 1.5 to 2 grams of protein for each lb. Of body weight. All u need.

    Pretty much double what you are eating. 2 tsp of peanut butter, what's that? LOL I keep an open jar of peanut butter next to me at work with honey in eat and eat a tsp every 2 hrs or less. I eat at least 8 tsp a day of PB with honey along with everything else

    Definetally need to up the carbs, and for your meal #1 instead of egg whites have whole eggs. 4 whole eggs is ALOT more than just the 4 whites. I like just boiling a bunch of eggs at once, keep them in the fridge for snacking on all day to save time.

    How'd you draw that conclusion? This section sees more traffic and activity than any other with the exception of the AAS section and the lounge.

    You will get fat eating over 3000 cals and there is no necessity for that. So don't do that. Stick with 3000 and up accordingly. You probably don't even need that. Once you switch to healthy resources your body does much better. This diet is lacking but start with it and see what happens. Once you can stick to a diet in general, then comeback in three weeks and fine tune it. Do not do what buffgator said with tacos and pizza. Your body will not put on unlimited mass and you are subject to diminishing returns from food intake. All you will get is fat. Don't make that mistake. Create a diet, stick to the diet, up cals when you need to and change foods accordingly
