You need to see an arthropedic surgeon immediately. He will order an MRI (make sure you get it with contrast dye). Hopefully your rotator isn't torn too. The biceps tendon attaches to your body at the labrum...the most common symptoms of a SLAP tear will include what you described, as well as a "clicking/popping" sensation at times, and a constant "dull/achy pain." The longer you wait to get it fixed, the worse the injury becomes---especially of you continue to use your bicep and or shoulder muscles. Maybe I'm wrong here, but I've gone through 4 surgeries in the last 18 months to fix my shoulders after an injury that was seemingly identical to yours.... Good luck bro...
