Can you do cardio first thing here?
7am- Apple Not enough food
9am- ? ( someimes i eat at this time and times i dont ) Need food in the morning
12pm- Sandwich ( 10 grain bread , mustard , 1 or 2 slices of cheese , 1 or 2 slices of turkey , spinach No cheese while trying to lose BF except cottage cheese or non-fat cheese
2pm Salad ( greens and cheese and mustard )
4pm Apple or another fruit Too much sugar for now especially plus alone instead of with oats or something
6pm - grilled chicken breast no bone protein only with veggies or somethingl ike that. Good choice
and i like to run at night or just jump on the machine.
