    Trouble with tendons

    OK, I will start with my 2 cycles I've ran that I think is the cause of my tendons to feel weird . I've ran 2 test only cycles which I have read that test only cycles is lowering collagen synthesis by 50-80%. Did not have a issue the first cycle but the second (test enanthate 500mg EW) I could not do that shoulder exercise (don't know the English name) when you push the bar up and down in front of your head.


    but its only after pct of last cycle I've been feeling some weird feelings in the tendon at left arm when NOT working out. I actually started to feel the tendon issue when not working out while I had not lifting for 4-5 days.

    It is the tendon in left arm elbow area at the other side.
    Its hard to explain the feelings I would not call it pain but freaks me out.

    Since I've read that Equipoise is the best to increase collagen synthesis I was thinking about injecting like 50-100 mg a week only to strengthen the tendons or is there another way I should go?

    Test only should not do anything to effect your tendons. Did you run any Winny? That is a big culprit. Now if you lifted a lot heavier or even sometimes moderately heavier on cycle than normal it could simply be your tendons were not ready for the extra weight and you strained them. Tendons take a long time to heal, I know. You need to stay light for quite a while. Focus on form, do super sets but dont lift heavy for at least a few weeks. Use ice when it gets sore several times a day. Also do this at lease several times a week if not more.

    Most important, spend a lot more time warming up your shoulder before every work out until it's better than remember to warm up always.

    The link you posted should I do that at home , or before workout?

    What I've read on another forum:
    "While injecting test increases protein synthesis by roughly 50 times, depending on dose and time, most bodybuilders forget that it will reduce collagen synthesis by more than 50% -- more like 80%, giving you the collagen synthesis rate of a senior citizen.     But about a little amount of EQ would not that speed up the process?

    I would and do these every day if I remember and mostly before workout for part of warming up.

    Not sure on the EQ, I suggest doing a search and more reading to see what other people have experienced.
