    Thumbs up Benched cable fly's incline/flat/decline

    Dear mother of God!

    Has got to be one of the best chest exercises ever, the peak contraction you can get when benched with the cables compared to the standing cable fly is out of this world. And with zero loss of force when on the squeeze at the top which can't be achieved with db's as a result of gravity.

    muscle mind connection along with your scapulas held nice and tight together

    it's as close to 100% pec isolation as your gonna get

    i agree man,i never use DB's anymore
