    Re Created my Bulk diet Please have a look.

    I took the time of adding all calories carbs protein and fats and now i would love to hear responses from you guys to see what you all think. If there is any tweeking needed please let me know as your post will benefit me.

    Meal 1: 3 whole eggs/3 egg whites/ ½ cup oats
    Cal 407 – Fats 12g – Carbs 30g – Protein 30g

    Meal 2: 250gm Chicken breast/1 tbs peanut butter
    Cal 567 – Fats 21g – Carbs 3g – Protein 84gm

    Meal 3: 250gm Atlantic Salmon/1 cup Brown Rice
    Cal 750 – Fats 35g – Carbs 50g – Protein 57g

    Training/PWO 2scoop protein/50gm dextrose
    Cal 522 -- Fats 7g – Carbs 39g -- Protein 67g

    Meal 4: 250gm Chicken breast/Brown Rice
    Cal 535 – Fats 9g – Carbs 25g – Protein 79g

    Meal 5: 250gm Atlantic Salmon/Sweet Potatoe
    Cal 610 – Fats 33g – Carbs 23g – Protein 55g

    Meal 6: ½ Cup Cottage Cheese/ 1tbsp Peanut butter
    Cal 262 – Fats 15g – Carbs 7g – Protein 23g

    3653 calories in total

    STATS:
    Age: 24
    Weight: 121kg and dropping due to dieting down
    Height: 183cm 6ft
    Bf: 15% and dropping

    oh and in 2 years im preparing to compete. i am very big but i want to get even bigger as my passion is bodybuildin also powerlifting too

    Do you know what your TDEE is ? How much cardio are you doing ? Do you alternate between bodybuilding and powerlifting routines ? I think overall it looks fine but you could be 100-300 calories too high based on your stats.

    Sorry im not familiar with the word TDEE?

    My cardio is 2 times a week Wednesday and Saturday

    as for alternating between bodybuilding and powerlifting im just going to stick with my boydbuilding tho still lift heavy mofo weight

    Figure out your TDEE using this:

    You want to start at 500 cals about your TDEE. Weight yourself weekly you should be putting on 1 lb/week roughly. If your gaining weight too quickly or slowly adjust as necessary.
