Done my research now looking for some pointers

    Hey All,

I'm excited as this is my first ever post on any forum. I'll get right to it. I am 23 and have been lifting serously for 7 years consistently. I am 5'10" 230 with aprox 14.5 % bf. I am down from 255 (used to be a shot disc hammer thrower in college) So I am pretty strong but now that I am out of collegiate sports I really want to try my first AAS cycle. I have been on a strict diet for six weeks (although it probably could still use some tweaking) I lift five days a week and cardio three.

I have been doing my research and feel like I have a pretty good idea of what I want to run my cycle at and would like input.

Test Cyp 400mg for 11 weeks
    Deca 400mg for 10 weeks
Tamox for duration of cycle 20 mg ed
Clomid for three weeks post cycle

This is basically the novice cycle 2 but w/o dbol or vitamin b.

I do have a little experiance with anabolics due to the fact that I was diangosed with cancer a few years ago and the drs had me on it to keep my weight up but obviously nothing like what I want to do now.

If I need to give you guys any more info or be more specific with the info I have up here already just ask and I'll gladly post it. Thanks for your input!!

    23 still young for steroids.
Diet for 6 weeks is not enough, some guys take a year to master a diet.
Your bf% is high for cycle.
First cycle is test 500mg 10-12 weeks. (deca is not recommended in first cycle)
AI in hands in case of high estrogen rebound.
HCG 2x250uis/week during cycle, keep testiculos healthy.
PCT is 2 weeks after last pin.
    You haven't research much.

    Thanks to all who responded.

Jumper, Thanks for the tips and advice. I have not pulled the trigger on my gear yet as I have been contimplating weather I am still too young. Is 25 more the age to think about AAS? that's been the age I've seen thrown around a lot. About the diet I was eating to stay as large as I possibly could for throwing But just recently hung up the shoes two months ago thus my interest in the gear and the new nutrition plan.

I'm a super competitive dude and I'm looking for something new to sink my teeth into and body building has always been an interest of mine. I have a lot of respect for the amount of time and discipline it takes to be one of those guys and I think I could be cut out for that type of dedication.

I know how to train hard and be big and be strong but know I want to change my body around so I'm always looking for good advice. Thank you.
