Im not trying to insult you... but I dont really understand why your even thinking that you need to start juicing? I mean, there is so much more you would accomplish by getting a good diet and workout routine steady. Just juicing isnt going to put some magic 25 lbs of muscle on you... The movies may have people believe that but in real life it takes A LOT of hard work in the gym and out of the gym (diet and rest). Juicing without the commitment elsewhere will most likely result in only bloat, not to mention the sides like natural test suppression, possible hair loss/gain, acne, etc...
Im not saying you need to Binge on junk food either if you looking to gain weight. BUT if your eating 5000cals clean food daily and lifting, you will get big! without sides too....
